Kattie Ross, B.A., B.A. (hons), LLB, Accfm

Kattie grew up on the shores of Georgian Bay in Midland, Ontario. She attended Queen’s University in Ontario, the University of Victoria in British Columbia and the University of Manitoba. In 2004, Kattie was called to the bar in Manitoba and Ontario. Kattie has maintained her primary focus in the area of family law. As a previous agent for The Office Of The Children’s Lawyer, Kattie is devoted to ensuring  a child’s views and preferences are heard and their interests protected.

When not at the office, you can be guaranteed to find Kattie on the lake, in the remote North, or the ice rink where she enjoys  watching her boys play hockey.

Kattie has a knack for simplifying complex situations and making an overwhelming process for clients much more manageable.


Angelica Zinke, Lawyer in Cobourg

Angelica P. Zinke, B.A. (Hons), J.D.

Angelica grew up in Castleton, Ontario. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts from York University in Toronto, Ontario, with a major in Criminology and a minor in Psychology. She then attended Law School at the University of Ottawa, Ontario and was called to the Bar in Ontario.

Angelica found her passion for Real Estate, Estate Administration and Child Protection Cases.

When not in the office, Angelica loves spending her time with her daughter as well as taking her dog to the park and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.

Angelica is very reliable and compassionate. She takes every case as a personal challenge to do her best.


Fran McIlmoyle, Kattie G. Ross Family Law


Fran grew up in Germany but relocated to Canada in 1980. She graduated from the University of Toronto in 1986 with a BA in Economics and Commerce with a focus on accounting. Fran is an integral part of Kattie’s office and “Team Ross”, currently performing the role of Office Manager and Bookkeeper.

Outside of the office, you will find Fran volunteering in the community and spending time with her family.




Tracey was born and raised in Toronto and moved to Northumberland County in 2003.

She has over 35 years in her career as a Legal Real Estate Assistant working in Toronto, Durham Region, the County of Hastings, and Northumberland County.

Tracey enjoys gardening in her backyard or just hanging out with her dog, Tag.
